Delivery prices & estimates
Free Standard shipping on all orders over $99 within Australia
$8.95 Standard shipping – will be delivered within 2-7 business days after dispatch
$14.95 – Express shipping – will be delivered within 1-2 business days after dispatch
PLEASE NOTE: ANY ORDERS THAT ARE PLACED WITH THE CHOSEN PAYMENT METHOD OF BANK TRANSFER AND NOT PAID FOR WITHIN 7 DAYS WILL BE CANCELLED.

Standard orders require up to 1 business day to process and dispatch.
Express orders made before 10am on weekdays, will be dispatched the same day they are made.
Express orders made after 10am will be dispatched the next business day.
Express orders made on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders that are paid by bank deposit, will only be dispatched once the payment has been cleared.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive and email detailing your tracking number which can be tracked using the following link: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search.
If nobody is present to accept delivery, your package will be left in a safe place or it will be taken to your nearest post office. You will have a maximum of 5 business days to collect your package. If not, your it will be sent back to us. A fee of $8.95 for standard shipping or $14.95 for express shipping will be charged to resend the package to you again.
Please note that High Delights is not responsible for any delays during delivery once your order has been dispatched.
Returns / Exchanges
We will offer a full refund or exchange on goods that are faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered. To do this, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the problem, along with photos of the goods and your order number. This must be done as soon as possible otherwise we will assume that your items have arrived in good working order.
If you would like to receive a refund or return an item due to change of mind, the item must be returned unused and undamaged within 3 days of receiving it. Used items cannot be returned.
All items that are to be returned must be sent in their original, undamaged packaging addressed to the following:

All refunds will be made in the same way you paid and should be finalised within 3-5 business days of the date the refund is processed.
